These Terms apply to all Employees who use Company-provided tracking applications. 2. Consent By accepting employment with the Company, Employees provide explicit consent to be tracked during working hours. Employees have the right to refuse tracking; however, this may affect their ability to perform certain job functions and responsibilities. 3. Data Collected The Company may collect the following data: Real-time location data during working hours. Time and attendance information. Data related to work-related activities and tasks. 4.
